Five weeks before departure for my round the world trip, I have been able to bring the size of my to-do list to a managable point, but there’s no time to relax.

I have decided to take my DSLR and 3 lenses for my upcoming trip. At a total of 6 pounds (2.72 kg), it’ll be around 30% of the total weight I’ll be carrying in my backpack.

My departure date is finally set for my long awaited round the world trip. As I experience a mixture of feelings (exciting, fear, anxiety, stress, sadness), I have to make sure I use my time efficiently in order to get everything in order come departure day.
