While looking for a bus to go to Sucre and Potosi, we found out that there was a roadblock preventing any buses from leaving town.
This was on my top-5 list of places I wanted to visit in South America. Despite sleeping only 1 hour, I was thrilled to see it in person.
After waiting for 2 days in vain for the roadblock around Potosi to end, I decided to go to Uyuni instead and try my luck at Potosi later on.
My first impression of La Paz this time was the same as the first time nine years before. The city is very hectic, which traffic and people everywhere.
With my batteries recharged after a couple of relaxing days in Cuzco, it was time to move onto the second country of this trip: Bolivia.
