A fast paced 3-day visit to this huge National Park with a wide variety of landscapes. We saw rain forests, waterfalls, rivers, lakes, wild beaches, and mountains.

A disappointing visit to this National Park, which on that day was covered with smoke from a wildfire, blocking the view of its beautiful lake.

We enjoyed this relatively small National Park without the crazy crowds like the other ones in California. The highlight was the hike to the top of Lassen Peak.

One of my favorite parks we visited, with tall trees, great hiking trails, and great camping at Mill Creek Campground.

A short visit to my cousin in Fairfield as we moved towards Northern California. We visited a museum, the iconic Golden Gate Bridge, and did some wine tasting.
